The most common eye conditions that we manage are conjunctivitis, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, ocular allergies, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataracts, and complications from trauma . The eye is a unique organ in that through a dilated eye examination, the doctors are able to visualize your blood vasculature and nervous system simultaneously. This allows them to detect signs of systemic diseases, as well, such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes.
