Dr. Matthew D. Vizithum
Dr. Vizithum lives in Carrboro and his two children attend elementary school in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro School District. Dr. Vizithum and his family have been an integral part of the Carrboro community for years. Dr. Vizithum is highly dedicated to working with the local community and is involved at both the state and local levels to reduce vision loss from preventable causes, particularly glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Vizithum enjoys working with patients of all ages. When not seeing patients in Carrboro, Dr. Vizithum is seeing patients in nursing homes in Chapel Hill, Durham and Pittsboro.
